You should join at earliest though as if you are an early birdie It comes with a few perks of its own

Less Stress

Students accepted through early decision can stop stressing about getting into college well before their peers who apply through the B.ed traditional process. You'll be free for the rest of the time and can use this judiciously to horn your skills.

Improves Your Odds

Since you have applied early you won’t be getting into the rush hour of admission traffic and you will have a better chance of securing a place at your favorite college plus it comes with a cushion of many more consultation rounds so you can pin point where you want to be and strike a good deal with it. You will also get to have access to the study material early on compared to other students so you can already have a head start in this race and it’s a good thing to have one these days due to cut throat competition

Time to Explore Other Options

There’s no doubt you’ll be disappointed if you don’t get accepted into your top-choice school. But the good news is you’ll be left with plenty of time to apply to other schools or explore additional academic or career options. Before you send in early decision applications, it’s a good idea to create an action plan that outlines what you’ll do if you don’t get in. That way you won’t waste any time getting back on track should you be denied or deferred.

Take Note - Review Early Decision Policies Beforehand

If you know where you want to go to school and you're ready to apply early, go for it! But keep in mind early decision applications differ from other accelerated admissions processes because they're binding. That means you must enroll in that school if you’re accepted. However, early decision policies vary from school and school, so you need to find out exactly what you’re agreeing to before you finish your application.

D.Ed | B.Ed Fresh Admission & UGC new guidelines over university UG-PG exams

B.ed Exam Updates

Whereas there were the same guidelines by UGC earlier to conduct the terminal semester (final year) exams and to promote the first-year students on their internal exam’s performance, again the same notification has been served. Due to COVID-19 threat, many state governments including Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Punjab had mandated to cancel all the UG-PG university level exams and all semester students to be promoted on the performance of their internal assessment.

As per new guidelines, now universities have to conduct exams even it takes up-to September end, taking the note of pandemic circumstances in that particular region. Now students have little choice but to wait for the state government’s stand over these new guidelines as the circumstances are deteriorating because of CORONA pandemic. Also Online B.Ed admission applications must be entertained for fresh session so universities can’t drag examinations for a long period otherwise next session will fail to meet minimum required tenure.

This year fresh B.Ed admission process also may change from a centralized counseling procedure to a manual process to a particular university. Indira Gandhi University (IGU, Meerpur)  has already given some indications of this move. Due to the Corona pandemic, it seems for this year's session to get delayed as exams have not been conducted so far which had to be conducted in the month of July as usual.
As per UGC's new guidelines, this seems pretty clear that the final year B. Ed and other stream students will have to take exams whereas first-year students can be promoted on their internals assessment performance. SCERT also seems to take D.Ed examinations but has not made any clarification. D. Ed admission process may start somewhere around mid of August this year. Interested aspirants can approach our team for consultation, guidance over the admission or other course-related inquiries. CBSE has already declared the result of the secondary standards on the basis of taken exams pre-lockdown. Those students, who are not satisfied with the result prepared, can appear in next semester's exams for improvement.

UGC guidelines for universities on new UG/PG academic session 2020-21 Amid COVID-19

In view of COVID-19, UGC has new guidelines for much anticipated B. Ed admission for session 2020-21 which would commence from August. Exams will be taking place between July and August with alternative and simplified methods. To complete the D. Ed, B. Ed exams process 2020, it has been suggested to shorter the exam duration from 3 hours to 2 hours which offers the flexibility of both online and offline modes. These UGC guidelines are suggestive in nature and universities have their right to adjust as per the prevailing situation.
UGC has also suggested that if circumstances don’t seem to be normal in view of COVID-19, then universities can grade students based giving fifty percent marks on the basis of the pattern of internal evaluation adopted by the universities and the rest fifty percent score can be awarded on the basis of performance in previous semester exam (if available) in order to maintain social distancing safety measures. In case, the previous exam marks not available then evaluation can be done on the basis of internal assessment. Students would be allowed to improve their grades in special exams during the next session of the course. These guidelines may be adopted by the university after ensuring comprehensive assessment, residential status of students, the status of COVID-19 pandemic spread in the region, and other relevant factors.
In brief, the concerned universities may conduct B. Ed exam dates in July with alternative modes with a shorter span of two hours. Evaluation can even be done compositely on the basis of internal assessment and previous semester performance. All these guidelines are advisory in nature in the view of COVID-19 and the final call will be of the concerned university on all related factors. One important aspect of guidelines was the call for virtual classes where 25 percent of the syllabus has to be covered through online teaching and faculty must be adequately trained with ICT.
